CONDUCORE
A public-records data refinery

Public records, refined into signal.

Government agencies publish millions of records and update them on their own schedule. Almost nobody watches what changed. Conducore snapshots those records on their real cadence, keeps every version, and refines the differences into event feeds that working professionals act on the day they land.

The refinery, in four steps
01

Collect

We pull the source record set on the cadence the agency actually updates it. Business-day sources are pulled every business day. We never claim more freshness than the source provides.

02

Keep

Every snapshot is retained. The compounding history is the asset: it is what lets us tell you not just what a record says, but what changed and when.

03

Refine

Snapshots are diffed into typed events with before and after values. Every event type is verified against the source's own public lookup before it ships. Renewal churn and clerical noise are filtered out, not sold as signal.

04

Deliver

Events arrive as a clean weekly digest scoped to your territory. CSV you can open anywhere. No dashboard to learn, no seat licenses, no lock-in.

Product line: Conducore Signals

All feeds live at signals.conducore.com. More sources join the refinery as demand proves out.

Operating principles

Public record only

Feeds carry public-record business fields only. We do not append personal contact data to the records we sell.

Cadence honesty

If a source updates on business days, we say business days. Freshness claims match what the pipeline actually delivers.

Verified semantics

An event type ships only after real instances are checked against the source's own public lookup. A mislabeled event is worse than no event.

History compounds

Snapshots are kept from record one. Time-series depth is what separates a refinery from a screen scrape.
